By using Foodkravo you agree to these terms. Foodkravo is a global online marketplace connecting customers with independent food shops, restaurants and home kitchens in their city. We are not the seller of the food — each shop is an independent business.

Availability. Foodkravo is available in multiple countries. Some features, payment methods, delivery options and shop categories may differ by region and local law.

Orders. Once you place an order, the shop receives it and prepares the food. Delivery is handled by the shop or its delivery partner. Estimated delivery times are approximate.

Pricing & currency. Prices, delivery fees, taxes and minimum order values are set by each shop in their local currency and may change at any time.

Payments. Available payment methods (cash on delivery, card, wallet, WhatsApp direct order, etc.) depend on the shop and country.

User conduct. Don't misuse the service, place fake orders or harass shops/riders. Accounts may be suspended.

Liability. Foodkravo is not liable for food quality, allergens, rider behaviour or local regulatory compliance of individual shops. Please contact the shop first; we will help mediate if needed.

Governing law. Local consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply to your use of Foodkravo and are not waived by these terms.
