Foodkravo operates globally and works with independent shops in each country. We want every order to be perfect — here's how refunds work, wherever you are.
Eligible for refund
- Order never delivered.
- Wrong items received.
- Major missing items.
- Food spoiled or unsafe to eat.
Not eligible
- Personal taste preferences.
- Late delivery within a 30-minute buffer of the estimate.
- Issues reported more than 24 hours after delivery.
How to request
Open the Help Center, fill the order issue form, or contact us by email/WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days in your original currency and payment method, subject to your local consumer-protection laws.
